🎸 The Brickhouse Band Headlines August’s Friday Night on White – Don’t Miss It!

Gather your friends and family and make plans to be in downtown Wake Forest on Friday, August 8, from 6–9 PM for another incredible Friday Night on White! This month’s headliner, The Brickhouse Band, is bringing the energy, the soul, and the show to South White Street. It’s the second-to-last FNOW of the year, so don’t miss your chance to dance under the summer sky.

Come hungry! 15+ food and dessert trucks like Chirba Chirba, Safari Eats, Moonrunners, and Lumpy’s Ice Cream will be on-site, plus downtown restaurants will be open and serving your favorites. Great music, amazing food, and the best small-town summer vibes.

National Night Out at Faith Baptist Church in Youngsville is happening Friday, August 8, from 6–8 PM with free food, games, inflatables, and even a helicopter. Bring the whole family, meet your neighbors, and say thanks to our local heroes.

Pickleball Open Play at Joyner Park Community Center from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. Bring your paddle and your A‑game.

Journey Church is hosting its 2nd Annual Back to School Bash on Saturday, August 9, from 11 AM–2 PM at 1101 Averette Rd, Wake Forest. Kids in grades K–12 can grab a free backpack filled with school supplies, while everyone enjoys bounce houses, crafts, face painting, and more. Food and ice cream will be available for purchase to support the church’s building fund.
