Good morning, W.Y.R. neighbors! This weekend is stacked! The Canes are deep in the playoffs and chasing a trip to the Stanley Cup Final, with a very good shot at a marquee home game at Lenovo Center this week. Sunday brings the grand finale of Six Sundays in Spring, with Snapback closing out the series at Joyner Park. Saturday, Gladwell Orthodontics hosts their annual carnival, backyard pitmasters fire up the smokers for the 6th Annual Three Silos barbecue competition at Silo Park in Holding Village, and Wednesday the Renaissance Centre opens its Summer at the Centre series with Carolina beach-music legends The Embers.

In today’s edition of The WYRe:

  • The Canes chase a Cup Final berth with playoff hockey this week

  • Six Sundays in Spring wraps its season with Snapback at Joyner Park

  • Gladwell Orthodontics’ Annual Carnival

  • Weather for the week, sports, live music, and more!
