Triangle Restaurant Week is Back!
Triangle Restaurant Week (January 26-February 1, 2026) is a week-long celebration of culinary excellence designed to incorporate the premier Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding area restaurants.
During TRW, participating restaurants offer special three-course menu options and fixed pricing, a great opportunity for residents and visitors alike to indulge in the area’s finest cuisine! No reservations, tickets, or passes required.
Pricing for the event is $15 for a 3-course lunch, and $25 -$50 for a 2-to 3–course dinner. Price is for each person and does not include beverages, tax, or gratuity.
Walk For Peace is scheduled to pass through Raleigh and near Rolesville this weekend
A group of Buddhist Monks started an approximately 120-day journey on October 26, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, that will take them 2,300 miles to Washington, DC. They expect to be in Raleigh on January 24th, but the incoming weather could impact that. Their walk draws large crowds, so expect some traffic as well. If you want to keep up with their live route, you can follow them here or on Facebook.
Food Truck Vendors Wanted for Friday Night on White
Wake Forest’s popular Friday Night on White series is gearing up for another season, and the Town is now accepting food truck vendor applications through February 19. This weekly downtown event brings live music, local businesses, and thousands of residents together on Friday nights throughout the spring and summer.
If you own or operate a food truck and want exposure to one of Wake Forest’s most well-attended community events, this is your chance to apply and be part of the lineup.
Battle in the Forest Esports Tournament Returns Feb 21
Gamers, get ready. Wake Forest is hosting Battle in the Forest, an esports gaming tournament happening on February 21. The event invites players to compete in a structured, competitive setting while connecting with other gamers in the community.
Registration is now open, with limited spots available. Whether you’re a serious competitor or just want to experience the local esports scene, this is a great chance to jump in.
